We Only Sell In UK
It is required by law that we provide you with this information and ask you to read it carefully before using our service. However, we have tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as short and as easy to read as is possible.
Breaking Free Ltd accepts orders by email and will confirm that these have been received, and that they are being processed, by sending an email back to you.
In this email to you we will confirm the details we have received regarding your order: including name, address, the detail of your product order and it's cost, as well as the cost of sending it to you. We will also issue you with a reference number to make it easier for us to find your order more quickly, should you need to contact us.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Getting the goods to you
We try to get all orders received by 12 noon out the same day.
Priority is next working day delivery service (i.e. not weekends or bank holidays)
Standard service is 2-5 working days
You should get your order in about a week or under.
If you do not please ring 01252 724347.
We will contact you if goods are out of stock and give you a date.
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partners. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
Privacy.
We will always respect your privacy in any personal communication between you and ourselves. Your personal details are safe with us. We will only use the information you have given us to get an idea of your requirements so that we can give you a better personal service.
The details are not passed on to third parties without your permission; we will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
You are always in control of your personal information, if at any time you wish us to stop contacting you then simply e-mail dave@breakingfree.co.uk
Security
All of your personal information, including your credit or debit card number, name and address any order details that you submit to us, will remain in an encrypted format on our server. Your card details will always be kept behind a firewall, which is in place to protect confidential information, on a SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Warranty Claims
Should you have cause for complaint all you have to do is contact us. Keep the dispatch note that arrives with your goods, as you will need to quote the invoice number and date. If the goods are defective we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund including your shipping costs.

Returns Policy – Changing Your Mind
If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them after all, you have the following 7 working days in which to notify us that you want a refund. We will give you a refund within 30 days of this notification. The cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility. The goods must be returned within 30 days of your notification in a saleable condition
This does not affect your statutory rights.
